4-18-11 WOD

Things get a little different now. We are now open for business at Columbia CrossFit so the WOD's change a little. They may not always be body weight workouts and may be harder to do at home unless you have some equipment. That being said, I hope to see all of you in the gym here soon for your on-ramps/ classes. Remember to sign up online and get started towards your best fitness ever. If your still not certain if its for you, feel free to sign up for a class and come on down to see what its like for a free class.

WOD
 3 Rounds:
2 minutes of max jump ropes (if you have double unders, max DU in 2 min)
25 pull ups for time

  1. We were so excited to hear about your WODs that were geared toward the average person and able to do them at home. It's too bad you're changing to a gym profile routine...we live about an hour and a half away, so coming to the gym is not feasible:(

  2. We are sorry this does not fit into your life right now. May we recommend finding a CrossFit gym near you. You will be able to get a much better level of fitness then just training with body weight. We posted those workouts to get people excited and ready for the gym. If you are still interested in all body weight workouts check out

North Shore CrossFit is an awesome gym that set this up, you will find tons of exercises with no real equipment.

Also, all the WOD's that we will be posting now may not come off geared towards the average person, that does not mean we will not be scaling them to fit every individual. CrossFit can work wonders for everyone you just have to commit yourself to getting to a gym.

  3. anonymous, save up some money and the basic equipment isnt way to expensive. buy a little at a time and you can really adapt most workouts to what you have. You can also find equipment really cheap on craigs list. Some peole are just throwing it away. I made my garage a home gym by doing that. good luck!
