"MURPH"

Run 1 Mile
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile

If you have a 20 lb vest or body armor wear it.


Modify as needed

  1. So... I didn't have a pull-up bar; did 100 situps instead (so I guess, technically, I didn't do Murph)...but, it still took me 47:17. In honor of all the men and women who have served our country so valiantly and courageously..God Bless You!
