Congratulations to Stephen Moran!
Stephen took 2nd place this past weekend at the Ocean State Crossfit competition in Cranston, RI.
He represented CCF well in the 45-49 y.o age division beating over 50 other competitors from all over the north east region. He hopes to compete again soon as he is preparing for a run at the 2013 crossfit games.
We are proud to have our crossfitters compete in competitions local and national. It is great for the crossfit community and for the individual athletes. We hope everyone gets a chance to compete. Crossfit events are always a lot of fun and a great experience. If you are interested in competing, please ask for information. There are countless opportunities to showcase your skills at all levels in the area.
