10 Rounds for time:

15 KB Swings
15 Sit Ups
15 Squats


There is a 15 min cut off if you do not finish the 10 rounds

  1. Great Workout Guys! Simple yet effective...
    I don't have a heavy KB so I had to use a 20# DB. To compensate for this I did a two mile run as a warm up in 14:09.
